We have a 30-day return policy. You will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- If you wish to exchange your shoes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will cover the shipping costs to send the exchanged shoe/s back to you.

International Returns and Exchanges
- For international returns and exchanges, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2-Year Guarantee
- At Okabashi, we are so confident in the durability of our shoes that we offer a 2-year guarantee.
- You will only be elidable if your shoe has broken within 2 years of purchase.
- Please email us at info@okabashi.com.au, providing your full name with a clear image of the broken shoe. Once approved, you will be sent a new pair of Okabashi shoes!
